Approval with the glass block w/condition that they satisfy the Engineering departments requirements.

  • Sidewalk needs connected along Mulberry with HCR at Hemlock. Sidewalk needs connected to sidewalk along Hemlock also.  Also, the sidewalk along Mulberry needs to be verified if it is actually in the ROW or if a sidewalk easement needs to be given to the City.
  • Drive apron in Hemlock does not have appropriate radius/flares at street
  • that the applicant work out agreeement with Metro Parks for maintenance and provide documantation of the agreement
  • downspouts need to be to be connected to storm drain.
